Finally nailed my grandma’s matzo ball soup recipe! Sometimes the most classic, traditional recipes are the hardest for me to make, since they need to taste just right… and chicken soup (my all time personal fav) has eluded me for years. The trick is in using a whole chicken, boiling the crap out of it, and adding fresh dill.

This was too good not to share. Steamed Eggs Topped with Garlic Soy Mushrooms and Chili. This Chinese inspired dish took me 20 minutes, start to finish 🤩
