One method we follow is to use Drylok on masonry walls. Drylok is a type of waterproofing paint that is commonly used on basement walls to help prevent water intrusion and dampness. We use it in conjunction with a dimple board, and make sure there aren’t any water leaks from the walls or the roof into the property.
