Your age is not your biggest obstacle.

The story you keep telling yourself is.

“I’m too old.”
“It’s too late.”
“My body will never change.”

Those beliefs will stop you long before your age ever will.

The women who get stronger in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond aren’t necessarily more talented or genetically gifted. They simply decide to stop using age as an excuse and start using it as a reason.

A reason to protect their health.
A reason to build muscle.
A reason to create a strong future.

Your body is listening to what your mind believes.

Start telling yourself a different story:
I can get stronger.
I can improve my health.
I can start today.
