Try including them in on the cooking process. Not only can it open them up to potentially trying other foods but it can also teach them skills, entertain their creative side & possibly unlock a passion.

Most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to connect with them. In our fast paced world, we sometimes can lose sight of how much connection matters to our children.
