Ashwaganda has been a bit of a buzz word in the supplement and holistic space in recent years- but there is a good reason! Ashwagada root has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, as it helps to balance vata, one of the 3 doshas that comprise a persons constitution.
The claims on Ashwaganda are seemingly endless, but there are a number that have been backed up through scientific studies in recent years.
