Bismillah. As-salaamu ʻalaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, dear community. We pray you are well and in the best of states.

"By the dawn, and the ten nights." Surah Al-Fajr 89:1-2 Trans. M.A.S. Abdel Haleem

Allah swears by these days. By the dawn. By the ten nights. The scholars of tafsir are unanimous: these particular ten nights are the first ten nights of Dhul Hijja. When Allah takes an oath by something in His own Book, He is drawing our attention to it with the full weight of His Lordship. These days matter. These days are a gift. And they will not return until next year.

There's a man who came in full of rage — at his wife, his parents, himself.
But within minutes, I knew the truth: he wasn't angry. He was in pain.

It took a few sessions before I named it for him — the *Hulk Smash* moment.
He was hurting the people he loved most... because he loved them too much and felt helpless watching them suffer.

The second he felt truly seen?
He wept. Childlike. Vulnerable. Real.

That's the healing that's possible when someone finally speaks to your pain — not your behavior.

If you or someone you know is struggling with anger, emotional suppression, or feeling misunderstood — this is for you. 💙

Many men are silently carrying pain they don’t know how to process.
They’re:
Praying
Working
Serving
Trying to lead
Trying to communicate better
Trying to become stronger
And still…
They keep hitting a wall.
Why?
Because many men have no real brotherhood.
No space to:
Be vulnerable
Speak honestly
Process pain
Feel seen
So the pain stays buried.
And instead of healing it…
They put more pressure on themselves:
Work harder
Make more money
Train harder
Worship more
Meanwhile something inside keeps gnawing at them.
Muslim men don’t just need productivity.
They need:
Connection
Brotherhood
Presence
Healing
Safe spaces to be human
Because healing begins when pain is finally acknowledged.
