Happy 1st day of Winter! ❄ Here are some tips to help your oral hygiene weather the cold! 🦷

1. Protect your teeth against cold sensitivity: switch to a toothpaste specially formulated for sensitive teeth or rinse your mouth with salt water!
2. Stop cold sores in their tracks: apply a topical treatment when you feel one coming on and try not to touch your mouth.
3. Prevent chapped lips by investing in a SPF+ lip salve and drinking plenty of water. Even in the cold weather, we need to stay hydrated!
4. Brush and floss after eating sweet holiday treats and balance your diet with healthy fruits and veggies!
