RWU Equestrian

The Roger Williams Equestrian Team finished out their last show of the regular season this weekend strong, placing fourth at the College of Holy Cross show! With some incredible rides, seniors Kelsey Platanitis and Lauren Loshiavo qualified for Zone 1 Region 1 regionals in open flat and open fences, respectively. There were many great rides from riders in all divisions as well, and three first-place finishes!

Next week at regionals, the Hawks will also be sending Stephanie Pabis '17 for novice fences, Sabrina Polin '17 for Walk-Trot-Canter, and Jamie Craig '18 for Walk-Trot-Canter. Congrats on a great season, Hawks!

Roger Williams Equestrian notched second place yesterday at their home show, missing first by just one point! A huge thank you to all riders, parents, and families that helped make the show run smoothly, and to the RWU horses and ponies for working hard all day and performing flawlessly!
