The AFCEA Middle Georgia Chapter is pleased to spotlight Jayden Duncan, one of our 2026 Scholarship recipients.

A graduate of Northside High School, Jayden will attend Fort Valley State University to study Chemistry. With an ambitious academic plan, he intends to earn his bachelor’s degree in just 2.5 years before continuing his education at Georgia Tech to pursue a master’s degree.

Jayden’s determination, focus, and commitment to academic excellence exemplify the qualities we seek to support through our scholarship program. We are excited to see all that he accomplishes as he advances his education and prepares for a future in STEM.

Please join us in congratulating Drew Bragg, a recipient of the 2026 AFCEA Middle Georgia Chapter Scholarship!

A Houston County High School graduate, Drew will continue his education at the University of Georgia, where he plans to study Data Science. As organizations increasingly rely on data to drive innovation and informed decision-making, Drew is pursuing a field that will play a vital role in shaping the future.

Drew was selected as the recipient of the Patricia J. Harrington Memorial Scholarship, established in honor of Colonel Patricia J. Harrington, USAF (Retired), a lifetime member of AFCEA and former Regional Vice President who provided dedicated leadership and service to the Middle Georgia Chapter and the AFCEA community

The AFCEA Middle Georgia Chapter is honored to support students like Drew who demonstrate academic excellence, dedication, and a commitment to STEM education. We wish him continued success as he begins this exciting new chapter at UGA.

We are honored to announce Sarah Golden as the Top Scholarship Recipient for the AFCEA Middle Georgia Chapter and the recipient of the Colonel Douglas E. Moody, USAF (Ret.) Memorial Scholarship,

Sarah is a proud graduate of Perry High School and will be attending Georgia Tech, where she plans to major in Electrical Engineering. Her exceptional academic performance, leadership, and dedication to STEM make her an outstanding representative of this prestigious award.
