10 years of Impact Therapy. What a beautiful journey it has been. 💚

As we look back through these photos, we’re reminded that every smile, every milestone, every new team member, every family, and every child has become a part of the story that is Impact Therapy.

Ten years ago, this company began with a dream to make a difference in the lives of others. While we’ve experienced incredible growth over the years, what has remained constant is our purpose—to serve with compassion, excellence, and heart.

The truth is, Impact Therapy would not be where it is today without the people who have believed in us along the way. To our therapists, office staff, families, and friends—thank you. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, encouraging us, and walking this journey beside us. Every relationship has shaped who we are, and we are deeply grateful.

Most importantly, we recognize that this journey has never been ours alone. From the very beginning, Impact Therapy has been built one faithful step at a time. We have continually sought God’s direction, trusting Him to lead us where He wanted us to go, even when we couldn’t see what was ahead. Looking back over the last decade, we can see His faithfulness in every challenge overcome, every door opened, every lesson learned, and every life touched.

This anniversary isn’t simply a celebration of ten years in business. It’s a celebration of the countless lives we’ve had the privilege of serving, the incredible team that has made it all possible, and the unwavering grace that has carried us through every season.

As we celebrate this milestone, our hearts are full of gratitude—for where we’ve been, for where we are today, and for the opportunities that lie ahead. We pray that Impact Therapy will continue to be a place where children and families feel supported, valued, and cared for, and that we will continue to follow wherever God leads us next.
