Meet Roux, our adorable little baby hippo with the cutest stubby tail you've ever seen!
Roux's journey hasn't been an easy one. When she came to us, she was just days away from having her puppies. After an emergency C-section, she sadly lost her babies, and for a while, we weren't sure if we were going to lose her too.

But Roux had other plans.

When orphaned puppies came into rescue needing a mom, she stepped up without hesitation. She lovingly nursed a single puppy and later welcomed several more babies who needed a mother's love. She gave them comfort, warmth, and a chance at life when they needed it most.

Now all of those babies have a bright future ahead of them... and it's finally Roux's turn.

She's about 1–2 years old, has been around other dogs and kids, and is a compact little ball of fun. She's full of personality and believes the world revolves around her (and honestly... she's probably right). If you ignore her for too long, she'll give your heels a little playful nip—not because she's mean, but because she's a dramatic little diva demanding the attention she knows she deserves! 😂

If you loved her handsome brother Uno, you are going to absolutely fall head over heels for Sarafina! 🐾❤️ This gorgeous little Chihuahua/ Terrier mix is 8 weeks old and ready to find a family to call her very own.
While Uno might have his own charm, Sarafina is a total showstopper with her unique, adorable low-rider build and her sleek, shiny black coat. She is built like a tiny champion and has the most expressive, soulful eyes!

Her adoption fee is $300. We only do adoptions on Saturdays from 11-3 and some Sundays from 12-4 and are a first come first approved basis.
