Last Saturday, our community suffered a great loss. James Hogan passed away at the age of 65. Mr. Hogan served and led the International City Football Officials Association for more than 30 years. He was married to his wife, Juanita, for 43 years, was a proud father and a devoted grandfather. His passion for football and officiating was unwavering. James loved God, his family, his friends, and football. His leadership and smile will surely be missed.
