UPDATE: Troopers Seeking Public's Assistance With ATV Mob

On September 9, 2024, the New York State Police Troop K Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested John Horton, age 26, of Danbury, CT, for Assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree, Petit Larceny, and Conspiracy in the 5th degree, all class"A" misdemeanors.

This arrest stems from Horton’s involvement in the incident described in the link below and the theft of the Trooper’s hat in the Village of Wappingers Falls on September 8, 2024.
