It’s Day 2 of our fundraiser, and we’re asking for your help.

Yesterday, a few members of our community stepped up to give, and we’re so grateful. Today, we’re hoping to build on that momentum and invite 10 people to contribute at least $25. Small gifts like these truly make a difference.

Spring is here, and farmers market season is just weeks away. As we prepare to open across our five markets in Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes—permits, staffing, equipment, outreach, and food access programs all play a part in making the season possible.

With recent federal and state funding cuts, community support is more important than ever. We rely on it to keep our markets running, growing, and accessible.

Mass Farmers Markets was thrilled to host our annual Farmers Market Conference on February 26 at Clark University in Worcester! 🌱

Nearly 100 farmers market managers, farmers, and partners from across Massachusetts came together for a day of connection, collaboration, and learning. Sessions covered topics like fundraising, emergency management, food access, nutrition incentive programs, and more.

It was inspiring to see so many people dedicated to strengthening farmers markets and supporting local farmers, shoppers, and communities across the state. We’re feeling energized and excited for the upcoming market season! 🌾
