URJA was founded by Kristin Trammell, an Herbalist, Adapted Physical Education Specialist, and Fitness Trainer with decades of experience in health, nutrition, and integrative wellness. As a mom of three who has spent years working with children with special needs, she understands the importance of making daily rituals simple, accessible, and proven to make a real difference.

Making health easy to access and joy to to experience
