This Men’s Health Month, we're highlighting an important reality: male factor infertility contributes to nearly 50% of fertility cases.

At Collab Fertility, we believe fertility care should evaluate both partners from the beginning.

One thing many people don't realize is that s***m production is constantly renewing. Approximately every three months, the body produces a new generation of s***m, meaning lifestyle changes made today can positively impact future fertility.

That's why our whole-person approach includes comprehensive male fertility evaluation, lifestyle and environmental health guidance, and personalized treatment support.

Because fertility care works best when everyone is part of the conversation.

Today, on National Cancer Survivors Day, we honor the strength, resilience, and hope of cancer survivors everywhere.

For many patients, a cancer diagnosis brings questions far beyond treatment. It can also bring uncertainty about the future and the family they hope to build.

Preserving fertility often becomes an important part of that journey.

At Collab Fertility, we are honored to help patients explore options such as egg, embryo, and s***m freezing before treatment begins, and to provide support during an incredibly challenging time.

We also work closely with organizations like The Chick Mission, LIVESTRONG Fertility, and the Heart Beat Program, which help eligible patients access grants, discounted services, and medication support for fertility preservation before cancer treatment.

Cancer treatment should never mean giving up hope for the future. Our goal is to help patients protect future family-building options while focusing on what matters most: healing.

This Pride Month, we’re celebrating the many ways families are built.

At Collab Fertility, we believe every family-building journey is unique. Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, pursuing parenthood as a single intended parent, or exploring donor conception, there are many paths to creating the family you envision.

We proudly support patients through a variety of family-building options, including:

• Donor s***m
• Donor eggs
• Reciprocal IVF
• Gestational carrier journeys
• Fertility preservation for future family building

Through The Collab Way, we provide personalized, inclusive fertility care designed to meet patients where they are and support them throughout every step of their journey.

Because there is no one path to parenthood, and every path deserves compassionate, evidence-based care.

Last fall, we shared this patient’s pregnancy announcement after she conceived during her second month under Dr. Segal’s care.

After more than a year of trying to conceive while navigating PCOS and irregular cycles, she came to Collab Fertility for support. With a personalized treatment plan using letrozole and timed in*******se, she became pregnant quickly and recently welcomed her daughter, Adaline JulieAnn, on April 23.

Stories like this are an important reminder that irregular cycles should not be ignored and that many patients with PCOS can have successful outcomes with individualized fertility care.

Congratulations to this family and thank you for allowing us to share part of your journey. 🧡

After two miscarriages and no clear answers, Monique was told “sometimes this just happens.”

Then she became part of The Plastic Detox, and everything changed.

Through small, intentional changes and care with Dr. Segal at Collab, she went on to have not one, but two healthy pregnancies.

Her story is now live on the blog.
