My name is Josh Vladia, and I’m a recent Bay Area resident who relocated from Atlanta in 2024. I now call Contra Costa County home. With a background in both real estate and software engineering, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and market insight to clients navigating the Bay Area real estate landscape.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, I spent over four years as a software engineer at UPS, where I developed solutions and honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. My real estate experience spans property management, consulting, mortgage lending, and residential brokerage—giving me a well-rounded understanding of the industry and how to support clients at every stage of their journey.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and leverage that foundation to help clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions backed by data, strategy, and clear communication.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy fly fishing, exploring the outdoors, working on programming projects, diving into personal finance, and spending quality time with family.
