Dont forget Thursday we have a free trail class @ 7:30pm. You can come down listen and try the workout. This will help you see if CARDIOFIT is for you.
Our next session starts MONDAY MAY 14th.
Thursday Intro class will go over some movements, ideals and even more important a solid workout to give you a glimpse as to what fun we have planned for this next session.
Cant wait to see everyone tomorrow!!!
