Anyway, it’s another hot 🥵 one out there. High might hit 101 degrees!!!!! Let’s stay in cool 😎 areas, drink plenty of water and limit your activities outdoors. Let’s also remember the heat makes people a little more on the edge. We are asking that if you are on the roadways, besides driving safely, let’s not fly off the handle and cause road rage😤! Yes…we do get those calls…unfortunately way too much. We are hot too, and we’d rather not deal with it 😂. So stay cool, stay safe and we are here if you need us. FYI!!!! On 06-30-2026 at 02:04 PM Delaware County is implementing a Code Red notification for an excessive heat forecast between 07-01-2026 and 07-04-2026.

Health notifications are guided by temperature conditions. Residents are advised to drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun, seek relief in air-conditioned spaces, check on neighbors, and never leave children or pets in cars.
