How does our new on-site service work?
Give us a call at (203) 265-6479 and we'll make an appointment to come to your location. We'll either fix the issue while we're there -or- we'll bring it back to our workshop so we can order parts as needed, perform the service, then deliver it back to you. We can even set it up for you again!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Change is coming!

As of January 22nd 2018 we will begin providing in-home PC service and technology support!

The repair shop at 144 Center Street will be closing but we'll still be around. Our number is the same so you can still call and request service.

Only difference: WE COME TO YOU!
If the repair cant take place in your house, we'll do so in our private workshop and deliver the PC back to you!

Business IT support will continue and we expect growth as we can now dedicate more time and effort to this offering.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and patronage over the 8 wonderful years our repair shop has been open. (The gaming birthday parties were a blast and we'll miss hosting them!)

We're a little sad to close the repair shop, but we're excited to see what the future will bring!
