This week in our IDD Program 🛠️

The group learned how to safely use tools hand over hand with staff while working together to assemble and decorate birdhouses! The groups built different themed birdhouses, with each person designing a different panel, making every house unique and special. It was such a fun hands-on activity that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and learning new skills 🐤🫶

Looking for a hands-on, screen-free way for your child (ages 7–12) to learn and grow this summer? We have two incredible weekly programs with limited spots available to keep group sizes small and engaging. Check out the details below!

👩‍🌾 Jr. Farmers Summer Program
A fun, educational 3-day program exploring our 25-acre farm. Kids experience daily farm life while building STEM and teamwork skills!
🗓️ Days: Mon, Wed, Fri
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
💰 Price: $300/week (Paid day one via cash, card, or check)
🌾 Activities: Animal care (feeding, grooming), barn tasks, greenhouse exploration, petting zoo, and a tractor hayride.
🎒 Bring: Packed lunch, water, sunscreen, hat, and sturdy closed-toe shoes.

🌱 Growing Gardeners Summer Program
A hands-on, 2-day gardening program to spark curiosity about nature, agriculture, and ecosystems, led by our Agricultural Manager, Quin!
🗓️ Days: Tue & Thu
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
💰 Price: $200/week (Paid day one via cash, card, or check)
🌻 Activities: Greenhouse tours, hands-on planting, garden crafts, and animal time.
🎁 Take-homes: Propagation plants, nature journals, and seeds!
