Celebrating Day One as a unified global organisation! 🌍

Yorktel-Kinly officially came together for the first time to celebrate Day One, a moment that united our colleagues from every corner of the world.

From early‑morning breakfast sessions in California to late‑evening celebrations in Singapore and everywhere in between, our global community showed up for a day of inspiration, connection and collaboration.

A highlight of the day was hearing from our keynote speaker, Simone Redrupp, who took us through The Culture Map and challenged us to use our diverse backgrounds, perspectives and communication styles as a true competitive strength.

Simone’s insights into global collaboration couldn’t have been more fitting for a team of passionate innovators spanning so many countries, cultures and time zones.

The event showed us that by recognising the global representation across our business and celebrating what makes each region unique, we can fully embrace the shared purpose that now unites us as Yorktel‑Kinly.
