Since we are called Helium Helper, we would like to do more than just solve relay issues to HELP you make more HNT. We were thinking of adding suggestions for monitoring tools, basic troubleshooting guides and potentially a feature to help you find a local Antenna installer.
What other features/services or resources do you think would be helpful?

If your Bobcat is stuck in a reboot loop and the diagnostics interface is saying "ERROR: USAGE INFORMATION NOT FOUND FOR THE GIVEN COMMAND" we may have a solution for you.
It may be difficult to access since the miner reboots almost as soon as it starts, but if you can access the diagnostics page, click on "Reset miner" - Agree to the terms and when prompted for credentials use "bobcat" for the username, and "miner" for the password. Wait at least 30 minutes then check the diagnostics again. If you sync gap is over 1,000 use the diagnostics interface to perform a "Fast Sync"
We were able to bring back a few Bobcats for our Helium Helper helper customers this way. We did this via Curl commands but the diagnostics interface should work the same.
