Guess who’s launching a Middle School Summer group?! 👏✨
I’ll be hosting a fun, supportive Saturday morning group just for middle schoolers—because transitioning back to school can be a lot, and no one should do it alone!

We’ll chat (and laugh!) about:
🧠 Big feelings + wild thoughts
👯‍♀️ Social stuff + tricky interactions
😤 Stress + how to handle it like a boss
🤝 Conflict resolution (without eye-rolls or door slams!)

I’ll be using counseling tools I use in individual sessions, but in a fun group setting—perfect for building confidence and skills before the school bell rings again.

Hey y’all! I’m so excited to be putting on another yoga workshop! In this workshop we will explore how to utilize yoga to bring healing to the mind, body, and soul. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma or anger, yoga is the ultimate life hack for emotional regulation! Grab your mat (or borrow one from the studio), a bottle of water and your comfiest yoga pants as we learn to relax! 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️

This event will take place at Soul Shine Yoga Studio on 10/26. I’ll post the registration link in the comments.

P.s. This event is open to all yogis. But if you are a LPC/PLPC in Louisiana, this event has been approved for 3 hours of diagnosis by LCA.

Often when my kiddos and I are running errands, they'll ask if we can stop and play in Mrs. Kaleigh's office! She just moved into a new space and her office is even MORE inviting than before! I'm constantly amazed by her ability to make kiddos feel comfortable and confident, even when tackling difficult issues. 😊
