✅ Expanding the appraiser workforce to help speed up closings and improve access to VA loans for veterans

✅ Limiting large institutional investors from buying up single-family homes

While there’s still work to be done to address housing affordability, these are promising steps toward increasing inventory, reducing barriers to homeownership, and creating a more competitive market for individual buyers.
