Meet Jana Davis!
ana views yoga as a progressive path of refining both the physical and spiritual self. Her teaching style is intuitive, slow, somatic, and deeply grounded — creating space for students to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner awareness through intentional movement and presence.

Meet Haley Stull!
Haley’s intention is to create a welcoming and supportive space where every student can experience the mindfulness, strength, and connection yoga has brought into her own life. Her classes are rooted in Vinyasa Flow, syncing breath with movement to create a practice that feels grounding, energizing, and empowering.
With a teaching style that blends mindful movement, Sculpt, Yin, Meditation, and Mat Pilates influences, Haley encourages students to reconnect with themselves through presence, breath, and intentional movement. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling strong, grounded, and inspired.

We're continuing our "Meet the Team" series...Introducing Katelin Ryan!
Teaching from a genuine love of the practice, Katelin creates classes that encourage students to reconnect with themselves through movement, focus, and breath. Her teaching style is both energizing and supportive, guiding students to challenge themselves while staying present and grounded throughout the practice.
With over 2,000 teaching hours and an E-RYT 200 certification, she is passionate about helping students grow both physically and mentally through yoga. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling alive, accomplished, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to themselves.

We're Kicking off our Meet The Team Series....Introducing - Macy Krimm!
Originally from South Carolina and now calling Raleigh home, Macy has been connected to movement since she was a little girl growing up as a dancer. After discovering yoga in 2017, she quickly fell in love with the way it blended movement, music, mindfulness, and strength — allowing her to keep her dancer’s spirit alive while building meaningful connection through fitness and community.
Macy’s classes are energetic, empowering, and rooted in joy. With a background in yoga, sculpt, group fitness, and strength training, she creates experiences that challenge students while encouraging them to move with confidence, intention, and positivity.

Outside the studio, Macy works as a pharmacist for Publix and loves spending time with her husband Lee, their Australian Shepherd Monte, and their three cats — Sheldon, Tony, and Olivia.
