PSA on SAM.GOV:
All account admins including ourselves received a suspicious email from SAM stating account admin had been changed to an email in Japan. We have heavily investigated the matter as it seems all account administrators for all entities have received this email. SAM.GOV underwent a massive update yesterday and software may have been damaged according to the GSA's Twitter updates. That said, if you do receive the email in the screenshot below please do not click on anything in that email and delete it. We checked all our client’s SAMs first thing this morning and there have been no changes and all was running smoothly. However, as of around 10am the website has crashed and as of now everything relating to SAM and any SBA applications (since they are linked to SAM) are not accessible. We are continuing to follow the GSA Twitter feed and encourage you to do so as well.
