When I was young, I loved watching my grandfather play piano. It was jazzy, effervescent, full of soul. My grandma would stand next to him and sing in her beautiful operatic voice and together their spectacle made an indelible imprint on me. Music has been passed down in my family for generations back to a great great grandfather who was a professor of music in Berlin and beyond.
I am hardly a pianist, but I love to improvise on the piano. It reminds me of my grandparents, and I imagine them sending me hugs and blessings as they listen from heaven. I imagine my grandfather guiding my hands, my grandmother my voice.
In this time where the veil has thinned, may we remember the loved ones who have shaped us. They have given us more than just ancersteal traumas to heal- they have bestowed us with tremendous strengths and gifts.

When we enter the realm of creativity, something within us awakens. It is a part of us that is often asleep in this world of outdated systems and broken paradigms, and yet when we allow ourselves the time and space for stillness, a portal opens, a bridge between worlds is forged and through it spills forth a well of energy, flowing through us and allowing us a glimpse into, and a connection with, the world beyond. Creativity is a union of Earth, Self, and Spirit. It is the fulcrum that facilitates our connection to the Divine that lives within us, that dances all around us. When we allow ourselves to be still, to listen, then through this portal we can *attempt* to bottle a tiny fragment of this beautifully divine creative energy, through our own unique voice and expression via the forms of music, art, poetry, writing, etc. Creativity is the doorway between worlds and intuition is the key that unlocks the mysteries of the universe āØ

A dreary Sunday makes for perfect cabin coziness! Thank you to all the beautiful Souls who joined me for Octave Sound Immersion, an ethereal journey through chakra healing, sound, and Light. It was such a joy to share time and space with you all! With an impromptu fire pit between sessions and a pond imbued with rainbow haze, I am constantly in awe of the beauty of Sky Pond, and I am ever so grateful to all the radiant Lights who choose reiki and sound healing to find rest, to add a bit of peace to their lives. You are beautiful šāØ

My heart is full. Thank you beautiful souls for joining me yesterday as we journeyed into our connection with Ether, the element of space. We spent the overcast day drumming in unison around the sacred fire pit and resting in sound inside the cozy cabin of Sky Pond. Iām so grateful to all of you for bringing your sacred energy to our community, for all of your shares, for your beautiful Light. Space allows us room to grow and blossom, to heal, to transform. May we shed what is no longer serving us to make space for all that is to come āØš
