Weekly Market Update for the Triangle Area of NC! 🏡

263 homes were listed in the past 7 days. This number may be confusing for some as you see neighborhoods popping up everywhere. This is because many of those homes are pre sales so you won’t see them in the MLS!

More homes were sold than were listed which shows us that we’re still having a large influx of people moving in, and not as many listing homes.

The average sold price is less than the average listed price which is different than we’ve seen in the recent past where houses were selling for much more than their list price. Good news for buyers!

The days on market continues to return to normal with longer listing time before going under contract. It’s not bad news for those hoping to list but you do want to be more intentional about interviewing agents to see how they plan on marketing your home. A great agent with a great marketing plan can make all the difference!
