The Daisy Butterfly

Sharing another small art piece. 3x3" conch shell with flowers. Most of the time I keep my clay tiles as is, maybe add a clay frame or border, but this one I decided to mount on a shadow box frame.

I am on the search for small shadow box frames with either removable glass or no glass as I would prefer to leave the clay piece exposed. So if you know of any, I would love it if you would share in the comments!

I often share things on my story, forgetting they are temporary, and neglect to post things on my feed worth keeping around. Here is a recent "tiny art" piece I made for my daughter's boyfriend (and his family) after they lost their family pet of 14 years. 🥺

I have been more and more into creating small pieces of art, sculpting, shaping and cutting by hand (as opposed to pre-made cutters). I have several pieces going currently on my desk that I can't wait to share...but they are gifts so it will have to wait another week or so.

At times I am swamped with market prep - like the next 3 weeks - but I am always open to taking custom orders, especially for special pieces of art, as long as you don't mind waiting a little for the finished product. DM anytime you have something in mind!

Just tidied up and freshened up my space at Southern Suds & Gifts ! Be sure to check the very bottom shelf. Usually this space is empty but now contains a basket full of goodies! Styles from past years - most only $5 with a few priced at $10.
