One of the best parts about Vermont? The incredible variety of local farmers. We found by accident years ago while following sweet corn signs—and discovered they grow wheat too! I didn’t even know Vermont wheat was a thing.
These days I’m always baking muffins—partly to feed these kids, but mostly to keep the oven going.
Today’s flavor: strawberry dark chocolate.
