The HRWA team is enjoying In-Service 2026 in Washington this week! We're grateful for this opportunity to travel, learn from, and talk with other Rural Water Associations. It's a special opportunity to meet and form connections with others in the industry - those of us gathered here are all from different places, but we have so much in common ☺️
