Jim Peevey, SIOR, CCIM and Griffin Peevey proudly represented Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries in the site selection and acquisition of approximately 5.5 acres located at the corner of Hewitt Drive and Ritchie Road.

The new location will bring a future Goodwill store to one of the area’s growing corridors, continuing investment and expansion throughout the community.
