RWANDA // in the tropical land of Rwanda, lies the Ngoma Washing Station, compiled of a group of farmers that grow this bean. This coffee showcases a rich, exuberant sweetness with tasting notes of Green Apple, Grape, and Milk Chocolate. This is great coffee to introduce and unique flavor profile that we don’t purchase from often. Performs well as a filter coffee or a pour over.

CAST IRON // Our classic blend of natural Brazil & washed Guatemala exhibits one of our favorite profiles. This blend reminds us of all the classic things about your diner cup of coffee, but with even more flavor. It’s an approachable daily drinker, with a lot more clarity in the cup. It's exuberant in a buttery texture, displaying notes of stone fruit and a subtly smoky finish.

Coffee beans are decaffeinated before they are roasted? Decaffeination is actually a coffee processing method and not a roasting method. And there are different methods to decaffeinate coffee beans!

We choose to buy decaf beans that use a special processing method called select water process from .coffee.inc.

This simply means that the decaffeination process DOESN’T use any chemicals which allows us to sell a quality product for our caffeine-free friends!
