Some of these new development is standing on borrowed time. They are built too fast, not weather or storm proof, the materials are cheap and not sturdy, the infrastructure will put pressure on the old outdated sewer, water, and drain lines, it will cost too much to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer,.... no front and back yard...non-affordable. Paper doll houses are back!

The problem is the people who was willing to do the work was deported. So, I suggest purchasing a hard hat and boots 👢and repair our streets, highways, bridges, waterways,...
