REFIT Revolution

This was my latest mess up in what seems to be a never-ending string of mess ups. But luckily, we have a forgiving community and lots of trust between instructors and participants!

I was teaching the wrong class in a new-to-me-timeslot, and everyone just rolled with the punches! I love this community so much — but ESPECIALLY in moments like this.
👉What’s been your biggest instructor mistake and how did your classes respond?

Zero fitness instructors are perfect, and no amount of experience as an instructor prevents mistakes from happening. In these situations, it’s all about the pivot — and the positivity you bring. ❤️
