Second story additions can be a great way to increase living space without sacrificing yard space. However, it can be a complicated process with specific risks involved. Rain is certainly a major concern during demolition and framing. Moving through this phase as quickly as possible is critical. We teamed up with one of our favorite framing contractors to get it done. Thanks to Rigo Montelongo and his crew at Framing Men to get the it done quickly and efficiently.
