What steps can you take to improve your health, your body, your happiness?
Avoid the diet programs, the detox tools, the fat loss gimmicks.
Those are temporary fixes that lead to long term failures.
Work on those DEEP beliefs.
Be brave, be bold.

food is medicine.
Meditation is better than any anti depressent.
Exercise is the fountain of youth.
Is our current medical model BROKEN?
