In early April, our team gathered to celebrate and prepare for two new projects. Last Friday, we announced the first: Alps Group of Hotels has named us their general contractor for the rebrand and conversion of the Four Points San Diego to a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property.

Two years ago today, our crew was on site pouring the foundation for South River Village in Oceanside — the first affordable housing community we built for MirKa Investments. One year later, the project was complete, and since then, we’ve delivered our second affordable housing community together, finishing two months ahead of schedule.

Projects like these are built on more than concrete and coordination. They’re built on trust, transparency, and strong partnerships from start to finish.
