2019 begins the "Year of the Scam" telephone calls - this time it is from calling to tell you that you are due a refund for JSON and that the company is closing.

1. Microsoft Going our of business would surely make the news, and
2. If they are closing, you think they are going to repay everyone back for unused services? Not likely.
