King Newsom signed legislation last week controlling how the remaining refineries in California operate. Phillips 66 immediately announced the closing of their Southern California refinery in 2025 which produces 8% of our dwindling supply of gasoline. Newsom said it is time to stop Big Oil from "screwing" the public. I will be doing a special podcast on the Propositions on the November ballot this week. It is time to stop feeding the pig.
