Balancing production in one hand and customer service in the other has been one of the biggest hurdles we’ve struggled to over come. Running a limited staff and training in new folks to understand the process is an on going battle. Working with to automate as much as we can to keep you guys updated has been a sick learning experience. User experience was never something we thought to deep into till now.
