CALL TO ARTISTS

The Tulare County General Services Agency and the Arts Consortium are requesting design proposals for painted concrete games:
• co****le set
• table tennis table
• dominos table with four stools
• a chess table with two stools

The concrete games will be located at West Main Park in Visalia.

All submissions are welcome!

ONE artist will be selected to create the designs on all of the provided concrete games, which will need to follow the assigned theme throughout the set of games.

The selected artist will secure a $10,000 budget for the artist to realize their proposal.

The concrete game designs will need to include the theme of County Landmark:
• Morro Rock
• Gateway to Sequoias
• General Sherman
• Redwoods
• Giant Sequoias

All proposals should be family friendly in nature and content. Proposals must adhere to one or more of the provided themes to be considered for selection.

Painting will take place on-site at 2825 W Main St, Visalia

Painting will begin after July 2026
