The Princess Anne Crew Club members are back at DBCF for winter conditioning! After school, these high school students (grades 9-12, public, private, or homeschool) work on rower’s stroke technique while improving their endurance and strength. Yesterday, Kempsville high school Teacher & DBCF CF-L2 Coach Gil taught the 1530 class!
