In this project, we meticulously undertook a series of critical tasks to enhance the overall integrity and aesthetics of the structure.
1. **Floor Deck Leveling**: We began by leveling the floor deck, ensuring a solid and even foundation that enhances both stability and comfort.
2. **Roof Leveling**: Next, we addressed the roof, skillfully leveling its surface to not only improve the structural soundness but also to facilitate proper drainage and prevent future issues.
3. **Frame Replacement**: We carefully replaced the old frame with a new one, ensuring that the newly installed structure meets modern standards for durability and safety.
4. **Window Installation**: New windows were installed seamlessly, enhancing natural light, energy efficiency, and the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.
5. **Plexiglass Installation**: To maximize visibility and protection, we installed plexiglass in all available areas of the wall frame, creating a harmonious blend of transparency and security.
6. **Sealing Joints**: All joints were thoroughly sealed, providing an airtight barrier that improves insulation and prevents moisture ingress, thus contributing to the longevity of the building.
7. **Lighting and Carpeting**: Finally, we replaced the existing light fixtures with modern, energy-efficient options and laid down plush carpeting, transforming the ambiance and adding a touch of comfort to the space.
