Next weekend, we welcome Robin Appel Maida to Virginia Beach to facilitate Ancestral Healing Weekend and How Trauma is Held in the Body. We kick off the weekend Thursday evening with an Inside Flow class, which is a dancing vinyasa. Then Friday from 530-800p, we'll be in conversation and connection over how Trauma is held in the body and 8-930 is yoga. Saturday and Sunday, we'll begin our sessions with yoga, and Sunday ends with a Sound Healing. And in the middle, the juicy parts are found in family constellations. More info in the comments.

The BioMat studio has found a new home just around the corner at Shine Yoga.

The studio is a work in progress and the room seems to change a little bit every day, but I wanted to offer some new photos. I am really pleased to have this quiet haven for anyone to come and relax on the BioMat and enjoy its healing properties.

As much as I love summer and I'm never ready to let go, I know Autumn has wonderful and beautiful things to offer! Get outside for your good health...and when you can't, get on a BioMat for natural healing inside and from the inside!
