'Twas the night before Showcase, and all through the gym,
Not an athlete was stirring, not even a limb.
The uniforms were hung by the closets with care,
In hopes that hit zeros soon would be there.
The cheerleaders nestled all snug in their beds,
With visions of perfect routines filling their heads.
Hoping to see all their wishes come true
