Soooo a customer asked me to make a vegan strawberry cheesecake for her as a birthday treat. So I couldn’t say no 🫣Transparency: Truth is this has been on my to do list for a while to the point where I avoided it all together! Then there was this year. I convinced myself I could do it and decided to try my hand at this again. It was a great start.
