JOB DUTIES:
-Clean floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, etc.)
-Clean windows and mirrors
-Clean and supply restrooms
-Remove waste and empty trash
-Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
-Replenish and report inventory for cleaning and maintenance supplies
-Maintain janitorial storage areas
-Communicate unsafe conditions or concerns for the need for repairs &/or maintenance
-Follow all health and safety regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
-Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally
-Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
-Attention to detail
-Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
-Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
-Ability to demonstrate professionalism
-Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team

compensation: Our compensation starts at an agreed wage and an off pay-week bonus which can allow you to be paid weekly if bonus parameters are met.

Adonis Services is looking to hire crew members for apartment turn painting, exterior painting pressure washing and minor electric. Must be efficient in cutting trim, rolling, and prepping. Must have reliable transportation. **SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY**

*Must be able to hang and finish small and large sheetrock, caulking, priming.
shooting texture and staining is not required but is a plus

*Change wall outlets, switches and hang lights.

Drivers license is Mandatory
Tools is a huge plus

We service many stores such as 7/11, Starbucks, Payless Shoes, Apartment Communities, and Homes doing various maintenance services.
