GYROTONIC Expansion System for MT today. Starting with some fundamentals and connections to start, then on to some leg work using the handle unit, and finishing with some Upper Body Series( no pictures for that)

After doing some work with the Yamuna black black in the arm pit to help with release, connection, and some mobilization of the shoulder. We did each arm separately, in a prone position with the working arm able to hang off the side of the Cadillac.

Then we went to the Pulley Tower and then Handle Unit for various exercises
